Specifications include, but are not limited to: Services include without limitation, project funding estimates, true cost estimates, appraisals, Administrative Offer Summaries, cost-to-cure bids, creating internal cost memos for budgeting purposes, and market analysis for property acquisition, surpluses, and sales. All appraisal assignments shall be in accordance with the Uniform Standard of Professional Appraisal Practices (USPAP). Certain assignments may require appraisals to be prepared in accordance with Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisition or with Part 24-Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, as Amended, and to the standards as defined by the Washington State Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration.
