Conference meeting space with on-site complimentary parking, catering, and A/V equipment on June 16 and June 17, 2025. Preferred locations: Champaign/Urbana, Bloomington-Normal, or Peoria, IL. For both days, the lobby entrance or main conference area needs four 6x3 skirted tables for registration and two exhibitor tables with two chairs each. The 1st day (6/16): 3 meeting spaces in classroom style for approx. 100 attendees. The 2nd day (6/17), two additional 6x3' skirted tables for exhibitors in main conference area, main room setup in rounds for up to 650 people for keynote session and lunch: 3 additional breakout rooms classroom style preferred with about 200 people per room. This can be a mix of classroom and theatre style if there are space limitations; Audio/Visual Equipment needs for both days: high-speed internet access for presenters and attendees. For 6/16: one screen for projecting presentations, a podium, and microphone in each of the 3 rooms. A/V needs for 6/17: main room needs A/V cart with 2-3 screens for projecting presentation, podium, and microphone and for the breakout rooms: one screen for projecting presentations, a podium, and microphone in each of the three rooms.; Catering for June 16-17 2025.
