Contractor shall perform on an annual agreement ‘onsite and offsite inspections and repair services of fire pumps equipment’ located at various Tarrant County buildings in the downtown and suburban areas. This includes, but is not limited to: Monthly pumps churned (1 monthly churn is included in item below), Annual Inspections, leaving 11 visits. Onsite Fire pump equipment, testing and annual inspection of Fire Pump Systems. It shall include 1 month of churning pumps. To perform the pump test “early-morning”. All testing shall be done during normal business hours, before 10am. Hoses are not required. All personnel required shall be included in the pricing. Hourly rates are for repairs needed outside of the testing and annual inspections. For the jails, Contractor shall be always escorted while in the jail. Tarrant County Sheriff’s Department has the right to inspect Contractor’s tools at any time. Contractor shall have a tool list readily available. Fire pumps equipment repairs at buildings throughout Tarrant County.
