The sale area is located approximately sixteen (16) miles southeast of Jesup, GA off Sansavilla Road, River Road, Howard Road, Violet Drive and Williamsburg Landing, and interior WMA roads. Location is described more precisely on the attached maps. Location is further described by Georgia Atlas & Gazetteer page 62, block A5. This timber sale consists of planted loblolly and slash pine to be first thinned by operator selection (see contract for further harvest specifications). The total volume estimate is 8,200 tons. Product volumes will not be announced. Buyers are encouraged to make their own estimate of product breakdown. Sale boundaries are marked with a double diagonal mark of blue paint.
