Remove approximately 16,300 SF of existing roof shingles, flashing, felt underlayment, etc. down to the bare sheathing. c. Inspect and replace deteriorated roof sheathing as Unit Price #1. d. Inspect and replace deteriorated rake boards as Unit Price #2. e. Salvage and reinstallation of approximately 180 LF of existing gutters and approximately 50 LF of existing downspouts. f. Install approximately 16,300 SF of new architectural shingles with associated underlayment: to include: i. The installation of approximately twelve (12) new vent pipe boots, ii. The installation of approximately 500 LF of new cap shingles and vented ridge cap, iii. The installation of approximately 2200 LF of new drip edge, iv. The installation of all associated step / counter flashing. v. The installation of new vents associated with Bathroom Fan Vents, approximately five (5). vi. The installation of approximately 240 LF of (1) piece aluminum gutters and the installation of approximately 130 LF of 3”x 4” aluminum downspouts with all necessary required accessories on Cabin #12 and the Martin House.
