Specifications include, but are not limited to: The first part consists of planned repairs and improvements at various locations across the City as detailed in the plans in Appendix 3A. The second part of the CONTRACT consists of unplanned emergency repairs on storm sewers. This work includes, but is not limited to, pipe installation and repairs, manhole replacement and rehabilitation, service connection repairs, ditch grading, pavement removal and replacement, backfilling and other miscellaneous related work. Emergency repairs shall take precedence over the planned work and the CONTRACT also requires the availability of the Contractor to perform emergency repairs after the completion of the planned work. Specifications for unplanned emergency repairs are included in Section 3.2.
