5.1 The City of North Little Rock is requesting bids for resurfacing nine (9) outdoor tennis courts. Six (6) concrete tennis courts and three (3) asphalt tennis courts. 5.2 The contractor shall furnish all required labor, materials and equipment necessary for the colored, textured acrylic coating system surfacing of tennis courts in accordance with these specifications. 5.3 The work shall be done in a thorough, workmanlike manner. Contractor references for five (5) similar successfully executed projects will be required. 5.4 The contractor will guarantee their respective work against defective materials or faulty workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion, and that the colored surface will not wear through for a period of two (2) years. 5.5 Successful Bidder shall submit detailed product data of coating system proposed and specification of installation procedures for review prior to commencement of work. 5.6 Contractor will be responsible for returning courts and court area back to original condition of cleanliness i.e. Trash and debris removal as well as equipment used during job duration.
