The Department of Commerce is engaged in a public improvement project at the west-bound Apple Creek Rest Area, east of Bismarck, and is looking to install interactive kiosks and digital video displays that integrate with the existing CMS, CRM, security and IT systems of North Dakota Departments of Commerce, Transportation and Information Technology. Requirements of the installation and service include: Four, 22” touchscreen displays to be installed in custom-built stands. Internet compatibility that adheres to ND IT security standards. Software designed for visitor centers that integrates with existing content management systems, customer relationship management and ND IT security standards. Social integration and application programming interface (API) connections. Software integration with Google Maps GPI, custom mapping and GPS solutions compatible with geolocation wayfinding. Integration and support of custom itineraries. Ability to export kiosk information through text and email. Collaboration with other Department of Commerce vendors, specifically website vendor, Miles Partnership. Software that functions offline and with minimal internet use. Data and analytics available to understand consumer use. Remote monitoring of performance of both hardware and software.
