Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. V3iT is a key strategic partner who provides services for the most critical technical components of the State System’s ERP landscape. V3iT was a member of the original implementation team that was responsible for rolling out SAP, the State System’s ERP solution, and has been intimately involved in its subsequent maintenance and upgrades over the past 23 years. Consequently, V3iT consultants have unique expertise and knowledge of the State System ERP landscape that is unavailable elsewhere. As the State System undergoes a System Redesign that includes the upgrade and transformation of its SAP ERP system, changing vendors, as the redesign is in process, would add significant risk to support and implementation teams. The V3iT support model encompasses ongoing strategic resource alignment in the areas of SAP Basis, SAP HANA, SAP ABAP, Java Web development, Fiori UI5 development, S4/HANA, SAP Business Intelligence analytics and cloud consulting services. These essential SAP partner services and member support will help the State System achieve its mission and goals through the ongoing discovery, application, and modernization of SAP technologies. It is clearly not feasible to award the contract for supplies or services on a competitive basis.
