The District seeks to contract with a qualified firm to provide parking lot sweeping services to all District sites. 1. Sweeping shall be done twice per month at all locations, and all parking lots at each location. 2. In your proposal response, please discuss in detail how you would manage/complete the following: Services are to include: a. Power blow all corners, entrances and any areas that the sweeper cannot reach. b. Sweep with a regenerative air sweeper all asphalt and concrete parking areas, streets, drives and entrances clean of debris, gravel, leaves, etc. Price proposal must be for a vehicle that can complete this request. c. All sweeping services shall be completed during the night hours (10:00pm or later) or weekends. d. Vendor shall provide to the District a master schedule for parking lot sweeping. Vendor is responsible to notify the District if the schedule requires revision. e. Vendor shall leave notification at each location after sweeping services are completed so that the District can verify that work was done. f. Vendor shall provide picture of each site after it is swept via email to Mr. Sam Pantoja, spantoja@phoenixunion.org. 3. Proof of General Liability and Workman’s Compensation Insurance shall be provided with your proposal response.
