1. The bidder is to provide two detailed cleanings of the 25ft x 25ft (approx. 625 sq. ft.) concession area at Thornton Park Ice Rink. First cleaning should occur the week of May 12th-16th, 2025 and the second cleaning should occur the weeks of September 15th-26th, 2025. 2. Detailed cleaning of the concession area includes sanitizing and removal of grease/debris from the following areas and equipment: • Machine scrubbing of entire floor area. Floors must be free from grease and sticky residue. • Clean and remove grease and residue from metal wall behind fryer/grill/oven • Outsides of fryer, hot dog machine, ice machine • Outsides, insides, and handles of walk-in fridge, standing refrigerator, freezer unit, microwave, and oven • Tops of counters, shelves, table, and grill; 3. Food safe approved chemicals must be used for all equipment except floor. 4. Shelves and equipment can be moved as necessary but must be moved back to their original location.
