Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractorshall be responsible for obtaining all required licenses and permits for their staff. B. Contractor should own or have access to the equipment and tools listed below. Contractor will be responsible for repairs and for keeping tools and equipment in good operating condition. • Mobile Water Truck – Size could be aslarge as 300 gallons with ability to reach plants several hundred feet from the water source. • Mower,rubbertracked skid steer with tote attachments orsmall excavatorforthe removal of larger quantities of debris. • Mechanical Tools (weed whacker, brush cutters, and chainsaws). • Hand Tools for planting (shovels, loppers, picks, rakes, rockbars, wheelbarrows, and hand augers). C. Contractor is responsible for providing all materials used in the performance of the work. D. Contractor is responsible for debris disposal at an approved location. Debris removal shall comply with all local, state, and federal regulations.
