Provide repair services to the following systems (A, B & C below). A portion of the repairs may be made by the District Alarm Technicians; for this type of repair, the District is seeking a percent discount off of list/retail price for repair parts. The percent discount off of list/retail price for parts shall be adhered to regardless if the repairs are completed by the awarded vendor or by district personnel. A. Video Surveillance Systems – All of the District systems are iPro, formerly known as Panasonic. All parts used must be compatible. B. Security Systems – All of the District systems are Honeywell Vista, and PRO3200PRO4200 Systems. All parts used must be compatible. C. Fire Systems – All of the District systems are Notifier Brand.
