The Project scope, at a minimum, consists of the following: 1. Complete reconstruction of the I-4 (S.R. 400) mainline from Station 40+24.87 to Station 198+94.79 in the eastbound direction and from Station 39+81.67 to Station 199+34.69 in the westbound direction. 2. Construction of tie-ins to the Full Build Typical Section of project FPID (201210-8) on I-4 (S.R. 400) located west of the Project Limits and project FPID (431456-6) on I-4 (S.R. 400) located east of the Project Limits. Implementation of the final general use and express lane configuration within the limits of the previously constructed adjacent project FPID (201210-8) located west of the Project Limits and FPID (431456-6) located east of the Project Limits. 3. Incorporation of the design of the Poinciana Connector (S.R. 538) from the Poinciana Parkway south of C.R. 532 to S.R. 429 near Sinclair Road within the design of the S.R. 429/S.R. 538 interchange. The final design and construction of the Poinciana Connector (S.R. 538) will be included in Project 5. 4. Incorporation of the design of future Ramp A1 and Ramp B3 within the design of the S.R. 429/S.R. 538 interchange 5. Modifications and tie-ins to the S.R. 429 and S.R. 538 interchange ramps. 6. Milling, resurfacing, widening, and reconstruction of the S.R. 429 interchange ramps and collectordistributor system. 7. Construction of new ramps at the S.R. 538 interchange. 8. Construction of new express lane direct connect ramps at the S.R. 429 and S.R. 538 interchanges.
