1. The Contractor shall furnish and deliver one (1), four (4) cubic yard metal waste container with a top to the Fredericksburg office. The trash container shall have top and side openings, be with or without wheels, and by design be animal/rodent and wind proof. 2. Trash containers furnished under this contract shall be in good condition and designed for heavy trash service. DWR reserves the right to inspect all containers and reject any trash containers that are determined unacceptable. 3. Locate the containers at the site designated by the Agency (the Agency reserves the right to change the container location at the site anytime during the contract period without an additional charge). 4. Maintain the containers' material condition to be free from leakage and provide a replacement container when requested by the Agency, at no additional cost to the Agency. 5. Disinfect containers as needed and/or as requested by DWR to maintain a healthy, odor-free environment at no additional cost to the Agency. 6. Provide a licensed driver who possesses a valid Virginia license for the type and size of vehicle operated and an adequate number of personnel on the truck to ensure that trash and refuse is emptied properly to ensure cleanliness of the trash staging area. 7. The Contractor shall ensure that its employees are in uniform and easily identifiable. 8. Provide trucks that are designed to prevent spillage of trash during the disposal process (if spillage occurs, the Contractor’s staff shall be responsible for immediate clean up). 9. Service the waste container once per week between the hours of 7:00a.m. and 3:00p.m. Specific day and time shall be coordinated with the Agency’s Representative upon award. 10. Contractor must maintain a log of all services and provide upon Agency request. 11. Contractor shall have the capacity to dispose of debris to include but not limited to small tree limbs, and bagged household trash. Properly and according to State and local standards, dispose of recycled material. 12. The Contractor shall be responsible for the complete recovery and proper disposal of any trash collected under this contract that is disposed of at an unauthorized or illegal site. 13. Upon receiving the award, contractor shall provide the name and contact information of the responsible individual for this contract.
