The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) requires continued and uninterrupted Point of Sale Permit Distribution System services during the completion of the implementation of a replacement Point of Sale (POS) and Event Management System under contract CT222328001. To ensure continued and uninterrupted services during the completion of the implementation of the replacement system, MDC desires to add a one (1) year period to contract C215010001. Sovereign Sportsman Solutions is the only feasible source from which to acquire the continued existing Point of Sale Permit Distribution System, since Sovereign Sportsman Solutions is the only organization that can provide and maintain MDC’s existing Point of Sale Permit Distribution System for the limited time until implementation of the replacement POS and Event Management system is complete. There is no other vendor that could have the existing Event Management System developed, tested, and operational before the expiration of contract C215010001. As a result, this meets the criteria as a single feasible source under section 34.044 RSMo.
