Goleta: 1.1 Crew Room Rehab (Paint, Flooring, Bathroom, Ceiling Tile, Vent Cleaning) • Objective: To perform a complete renovation of the crew room, including painting, flooring replacement, bathroom upgrades, ceiling tile replacement, and vent cleaning. • Tasks: • Paint: Prepare surfaces and apply new paint to walls, trim, and doors. • Flooring: Remove old flooring and install new flooring (material to be determined). • Bathroom: Renovate the bathroom, including replacing fixtures, toilets, mirrors, sinks, Exhaust fans, installing new flooring, and repainting. • Ceiling Tile: Replace damaged or outdated ceiling tiles with new ones. • Vent Cleaning: Clean and service the ventilation system to ensure proper air quality and functionality. 1.2 Canopy Repair and Canopy Lighting Upgrade (6) & Gutter Cleaning • Objective: To repair the existing canopies, upgrade the lighting, and clean the gutters. • Tasks: • Canopy Repair: Inspect and repair the structural integrity of the canopies (e.g., fix any cracks, replace damaged panels, etc.). • Lighting Upgrade: Replace or upgrade the lighting fixtures on six canopies, ensuring they are energy-efficient and provide adequate illumination. • Gutter Cleaning: Clean and clear all gutters around the canopies to ensure proper drainage.
