FIRE Community Event Face Painting Services ; The selected vendor shall provide professional face painting services for public community events sponsored by the Cleveland Division of Fire on the following dates: Saturday, June 14, 2025 (11am – 3pm) – Fire Station #4, 3136 Lorain Ave. Cleveland; Saturday June 28, 2025 (11am – 3pm) – Fire Station #42, 4665 Pearl Rd. Cleveland; Saturday July 12, 2025 (11am – 3pm) – Fire Station #31, 925 E. 152nd St. Cleveland; Saturday July 26, 2025 (11am – 3pm) – Fire Station #26, 9026 Kinsman Ave. Cleveland; The Artist will provide 4 hours of face painting services starting at 11am and ending at 3 pm for each event. • The Artist will arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for set up. • The Artist shall be responsible for warning clients about possible allergic reactions to materials used. • The Artist shall not paint or apply subject matters that may be deemed offensive or disturbing. • The Artist will not paint on any part of the body that is not legal to expose or any place he or she does not feel comfortable painting.
