The Town of Wells Maine is requesting the services of a Land Surveying firm to produce a boundary survey plan and to install boundary corner monumentation for Tax Map 38, Lot 2 to include the following: a. Perform deed in plan research, see deed of subject parcel and appendix; b. Locate existing boundary monumentation as needed to establish coordinates for all existing property corners and corners to be set; c. Produce a plan of parcel and associated access easements (Paper and digital) (See GIS plot – Locus in appendix); d. The plan is to be orientated to state plane coordinates for all points and point coordinates to be provided; e. Installation of new monuments at the exterior limits of the boundaries and access easements. (See GIS plot – Monumentation – one or two corners); f. Location of existing woods roads and cemeteries if present
