a) Line 1 – Container Bunkhouses i) Examples: 2024 Custom Built Container Bunkhouse: XCaliber Containers, Bob’s Containers or other TPWD approved equivalent. ii) Quantity: One (1) iii) External Dimensions: (1) Length: Approximately: forty (40’) feet to fifty-three (53’) feet (2) Width: Approximately eight (8’) foot and six (6”) inch or standard container width (3) Height: Approximately nine (9’) foot and six (6”) inch or standard container height iv) Insulation: (1) Spray foam insulation on all walls and ceilings (2) Undercoat of insulation v) Flooring: Vinyl or TPWD approved equivalent vi) Walls/Ceiling: Full framing cedar trim and pine siding. Three (3) divider walls; two (2) bedroom walls and one (1) bathroom wall. Wood should be sealed with stain or TPWD approved equivalent. vii) Windows: (1) Minimum of four (4), (2) Exterior shutters on each window that closes viii) Doors: (1) Three (3) main thirty-six (36) inch wide exterior doors should be steel with a cross bar for security.
