The Illinois Secretary of State Inspector General’s Office is a three-story building. ILSOS plumbing and HVAC staff will install the units after purchase. Units shall be brands Carrier, Trane, or Rheem or approved equivalent. 1.2.1 Basement Area: 1.2.1.1 High Efficiency 80,000 BTUH input gas fired furnace with a 3-ton condensing unit and matching 3-ton cased coil. 1.2.2 First Floor: 1.2.2.1 Provide one new high efficiency 120,000 BTUH input gas fired furnace with 5-ton condensing unit and matching 5-ton cased coil. 1.2.3 Second Floor: 1.2.3.1 Provide two (2) new twinned high efficiency 80,000 BTUH input gas fired furnaces with a 3.5-ton condensing unit and matching 3.5-ton cased coil. • Must provide twinning kit for each unit. 1.2.4 Equipment provided must be able to be maintained and repaired by ILSOS plumbing/HVAC staff. 1.2.5 Parts for repair must be able to be purchased by ILSOS.
