he District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide virtual prevention and early intervention behavioral health services to the District’s students in grades 8-12 (“Services”). The selected vendor will ensure the delivery of accessible, effective, and evidence-based wellness coaching; The Program provides wellness coaching services outside school hours, including evenings, weekends, and summer sessions, via secure video conferencing. The target population includes approximately 6,000 students who may opt in for support. Deliver the Services • Secure, virtual coaching available after school, weekends, and summer. • Student participation is voluntary, with a District-approved opt-in process. • The Services will be delivered 1:1 ensuring individualized support and privacy. Provide an Evidence-Based Curriculum • Vendor must offer a structured, research-backed digital program to complement wellness coaching sessions. • Curriculum should support mental well-being, stress management, and resilience. • Content must be developmentally appropriate for high school students. Engage Families & Conduct Outreach • Vendor will be provided secure access to certain student records pursuant to FERPA and must conduct professional outreach to educate students and families about the Services. • Parental consent will be obtained where required by law.
