The City of Azusa invites event support providers to submit a proposal with qualifications to provide event services for the City of Azusa’s 2025-2026 Special Events. Events are projected (subject to change) on the following dates: • Outdoor Recreation and Eco Fair + Family Camp Out o Saturday, April 12, 2025 • Egg Hunt o Saturday, April 19, 2025 • Community Festival o Saturday, May 17, 2025 • Opening Day @ Pool and Family Fitness Day o Saturday, June 14, 2025 • Summer Concert Series (dates may vary) o June 26 – August 7, 2025 • BOXFAM o Saturday, July 19, 2025 • Teen/Family Festival o Friday, August 15 – Saturday, August 16, 2025 • Field of Glory o Saturday, September 6 - Saturday, September 13 • Azusa Golden Days o Friday, October 17 – Sunday, October 19, 2025 • Halloween o Thursday, October, 2025 • Dia de los Muertos o Saturday, November 1, 2025 • Harvest Festival o Friday, November 21, 2025 • Festival of Lights o Saturday, December 6, 2025 • Lunar New Year o Saturday, February 28, 2026; Qualified vendors will be responsible for the rental, delivery, setup, and breakdown of the following event equipment (including, but not limited to): • (20) 10’ x 10’ canopies • (1) 60’ x 40’ large canopy • (20) 6-foot rectangular tables • (300) white event chairs • Stage: 2 feet high, 20 feet wide, 16 feet long The equipment provided must be of high quality and well-maintained to ensure a professional event presentation. Vendors should specify any additional available equipment or alternative solutions in their proposals.
