1. EXCAVATION & PAVEMENT REMOVAL: Remove and dispose of all existing pavement, curb and gutter, and other material necessary for the placement of 6” of granular subbase and 7” of new PCC pavement. 2. PCC PAVEMENT: Construct 7” thick concrete (C4-mix) street pavement. Includes 6" of compacted granular subbase (Class A Roadstone), integral curb and gutter, saw cuts, reinforcement, joint sealing, and all other items incidental to concrete street pavement construction. Contact City staff with any questions on the locations of repairs. Grout the back of any integral curb, backfill all disturbed areas with topsoil and compact the backfill to grade. 3. PCC Driveway: Sawcut, remove and dispose of existing driveway, exact locations of removals/repairs to be marked by City staff. Construct 6” concrete (C4-Mix) driveway at same width as the previous existing, match flares and adjust to meet grade of the repaired street segment. Dowel into existing driveway with #4 rebar. Saw cut at intervals to match existing surrounding joints. Backfill disturbed areas with topsoil and compact the backfill to grade.
