The District desires to enter into an agreement with a professional surveying firm licensed to do business in the state of Florida, which has Professional Surveyors licensed in the state of Florida. The work to be performed under the agreement includes specific purpose surveys prepared in accordance with the Standards of Practice for Surveying and Mapping pursuant to Chapters 5J-17 and 61G17-6, Florida Administrative Code. The objective of this project is to complete a certified boundary survey and other specific purpose surveys with improvements of the lands lying in whole or in part in Indian River and Okeechobee counties, Florida and to determine the total number of acres of the property, parcel boundary, and coordinates of parcel corners. Consultant shall perform a boundary survey with the final product being a boundary map that identifies all existing encumbrances and easements within the Evans Grove Land Parcels. Title report to be provided by the District. Additional items to be included in the survey: • The location of all gates, canals, the crossing under the turnpike that connects the property, all buildings, pole barns, pumps, intake or outfall structures, fuel tanks, and all other structures. • The location of any concrete slabs. • The footprint for the cell tower (fence line), this area will be excluded from the acquisition.
