The City of Eastvale (City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms and organizations (Proposers) to provide professional services in multiple professional categories and corresponding specialty areas (as listed under each category below) on an on-call basis as follows: A. Design Engineering, Architecture, and Technical Services A-1. Private Land Development – Plan Check Services A-2. Geotechnical Engineering, Inspection, and Material Testing A-3. Landscape Architect A-4. General Civil Planning and Engineering B. Project Management, Construction Management, and Inspection Services B-1. Land Surveying B-2. Construction Inspection B-3. Construction Management B-4. Project Management – Capital Improvement Projects B-5. Project Management – Private Land Development C. Transportation Services C-1. Traffic and Transportation Planning and Engineering D. Other Professional Services D-1. Grant Writing and Management Services E. Program Management and Funding Compliance Services E-1. Federal Funding Program Management The City intends to award contracts to the highest-rated firms for each specialty area. The number of Consultant firms of each of the specialty areas in which the City intends to award contracts is undetermined at this time and may depend on the City’s anticipated projects, needs, and/or the availability of qualified firms, evidenced by the proposal process. Selected Proposers will be allowed to be considered for participation in the subsequent informal proposal process for a variety of projects commencing over the course of their entire contract terms.
