Specifications include, but are not limited to: To successfully execute this project some of the skills and capacities necessary include: • Understanding of the out-of-school time field and positive youth development; • Knowledge of what is required and what flexibility is available to meet each federal and state requirement; • Data collection, reporting, and documentation of monitoring compliance with program requirements and expectations; • Recruiting and training the program directors and staff needed to implement high-quality and/or evidence-based projects; • Ability to implement effective professional learning opportunities, as well as provide individualized technical assistance; • Promotion of a cyclical process of continuous program improvement that aligns with awarded grant applications and all stakeholders’ workplans, including Local Education Agency (LEA) Strategic Plans and School Improvement Plans (SIPs), and achieves better outcomes for students and communities;
