SCOPE OF SERVICES Conduct a review of regional drainage criteria manuals, to identify best practices for stormwater management in rural areas Gather and incorporate stakeholder input o Illinois River Watershed Partnership, Beaver Watershed Alliance, Beaver Water District, unincorporated neighborhood associations Provide documentation and justification for recommended criteria and guidelines Provide draft and final versions of the drainage criteria manual, formatted for digital distribution Deliverables: o Detailed work plan outlining tasks and timelines. o Draft and final versions of the drainage criteria manual, including any supporting documentation or appendices. o Presentation of findings and recommendations to Quorum Court.
