1. Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, insurance and personnel to provide the DSH with preventative maintenance & repair services (Annual & Semi Annual) for DSH – Patton medical equipment, as requested by DSH. 2. Please carefully review and consider the minimum qualifications, and the detailed Scope of Work located in Attachment 15, Sample Agreement, Exhibit A, Scope of Work, in order to complete your bid. 3. DSH Patton (DSH-P) is a forensic psychiatric hospital located in Patton, CA, in San Bernardino County. DSH-P was established in 1890 and opened in 1893. DSH-P provides treatment to forensically and civilly committed patients within a secure treatment area. The hospital does not accept voluntary admissions.
