The main objective of the audit will include the following: conduct a volunteer survey of up to 3 state departments outside of those departments participating in the main classification review audit to develop a benchmark of the classification utilization; conduct a class study to identify the duties, responsibilities, and requirements of the position and assess the nature, level, and scope of work currently performed by incumbents as compared with the Classification Specification and incumbents in the same department doing similar work.
