A. Contractor shall be a California licensed, Class A, General Engineering Contractor, licensed by the State of California, Department of Consumer Affairs, Contracts State License Board and maintain an active license at all times during the term of this Agreement. B. Primary Contractor providing public works services must be a licensed California Contractor, licensed by the State of California, Department of Consumer Affairs, Contracts State License Board and maintain an active license at all times during the term of this Agreement. C. Contractor staff must report to Plant Operations Offices building front desk, located on DSH-P grounds, at the beginning and ending of each shift to check-in and check-out with Facility Operations. D. Foundation and utility installation services shall be completed per Approved Plans and Specifications. E. Contractor shall have all completed work inspected by DSH-P CPO III/designee, a thirdparty inspector, and the Office of the State Fire Marshal. No work is considered to be complete until it passes final inspection and complies with all federal, state, and local codes and regulations. F. Contractor shall return after installation of the modular trailer (by others) to tie-in all utilities (electrical, data, domestic water, and sewer), make all required terminations, and complete test and inspection requirements. G. Contractor must keep a daily log and provide copies to the Contract Manager upon request and the full document as part of close out documentation. H. Contractor shall provide DSH-P Contract Manager/ Project Manager with an overall project schedule within three weeks of contract execution. I. Contractor shall provide DSH-P Contract Manager with a Three-week Lookahead Schedule on a weekly basis during construction activities. J. Contractor or designated representative must attend weekly construction progress meetings with the DSH-P Contract Manager and other project stakeholders.
