1. Must be authorized to do business in the State of RI and provide verification in the form of a State of RI business license. 2. Must be primarily engaged in the business of HVAC Systems for at least five (5) years. 3. Rebalance the existing HVAC system in order to assess existing HVAC components to ensure compatibility with retrofitted system. 4. Design, furnish and install a system to control the humidity levels during the dry/winter times as well as during the humid/summer times for the Rhode Island Airport Corporation (RIAC) office areas on the second and third floors. 5. The modifications and alterations to the existing HVAC system, or the addition of a supplemental unit, shall include a professional engineer design to reach and maintain humidity levels between 45 and 50%. 6. Perform selective demolition of existing ductwork to accommodate installed components. 7. Fabrication and installation of new ductwork as installed components require. 8. Piping materials and labor associated with humidification and dehumidification system installation. 9. Insulation of ductwork modifications and installed piping. 10. Electrical power wiring as required for installed equipment. 11. Opening of walls/ceilings as necessary to complete work as outlined. 12. Firestopping as necessary for installed components. 13. Patch/repaint walls/ceilings as necessary to complete work as outlined. 14. Temporary protection of work areas. 15. Integration of installed systems into existing BMS system.
