Item # 1: ( 956 - 58 ) PLIs Privileged Membership Program PM Program provides Members Participants with unlimited access to all of PLIs live and online education offerings, including legal and business training programs, Webcasts, Groupcasts, Audio Briefings, SEC Institute Forums, OnDemand Learning and Interactive Learning Center the Programs, during the Term defined in Paragraph 2. Term and Fees. Member will pay PLI a fee in the amount of $15,070.00 the Membership Fee for a 24-month membership to the PM Program beginning on 4/13/2025 and ending on 4/12/2027 the Term. Payment will be made as follows a.$5,311.25 the difference of $7,350.00 - $2,038.75 for one Individual Membership on or before 4/13/2025. b.$7,720.00 on or before 2/13/2026. This Agreement may be renewed by the Parties on terms agreed upon in writing signed on their behalf.
