A. Vendor must be able to provide a platform for administering a digital version of the 2020 USCIS test to students enrolled in grades 9 – 12. B. Vendor must be able to provide a rostering system that allows for data uploads from the Agency. C. Vendor must have a system for allowing and providing standard accommodations for students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPS) and 504s. D. Vendor must provide an administration system that allows students to take the test multiple times throughout a school year until a passing score is achieved. E. Vendor must have a reporting system that allows for immediate score reporting to students and teachers upon completion of the assessment. The reporting system must also provide, to the Agency, student and item-specific data, as well as school and district aggregate performance. Finally, the reporting system must provide a dashboard so that schools can track who has or has not passed the test. F. Vendor must have an annual maintenance plan to identify and update any questions that may change during the course of a school year, based upon elections, changes in statute, etc...
