THE SCOPE OF WORK, WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY THEROF, CONSISTS OF FURNISHING ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT AND PERFORMING ALL OPERATIONS IN CONNECTION WITH ROOFING PER THE PROVIDED DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS AND ROOF MEASUREMENT REPORT. • Provide proper safety and fall protection plan to meet OSHA and NRCA standards. • Remove the exiting roof system to the deck • Examine existing deck for damage—repair as per your quoted $/sf price, after approval from the owner • Prime wood plywood with SA primer at 1 gal/sq • Install HT SA underlayment over 100% of the field’s plywood decking, starting at the eave and working up towards the ridge o Overlap head laps a minimum of 6” and side laps a minimum of 3” o Carry all underlayment up or over directional change that will be covered with metal • Install panel clips as per specified spacing and fastening requirements • Install R-Mer Span roof system as specified within the specification and drawings • Shop fabricate and install new gutters, leaders (to existing sumps) and all trim, utilizing Kynar coated flatstock that matches the new roofs • Install S-5 snow protection to all new roof sections • Repair any scratches/blemishes utilizing touch-up paint • Clean and all debris from jobsite • Contractor is responsible for repairing any damage to the property and grounds
