4.1 The Contractor shall: A. Provide and deliver Zeager Brother’s brand Woodcarpet® (Woodcarpet®) on an as needed basis within three (3) to five (5) business days after the receipt of purchase order. B. Responsible for delivering and unloading Woodcarpet® at the designated park and community center locations in Loudoun County, Virginia, listed in Attachment #1 – Price Schedule. C. Deliver Woodcarpet® 1. In increments of 90 cubic yards using a “walking floor®” or “moving floor” trailer. 2. In increments of 40 cubic yards and/or 70 cubic yards using a blower truck having a minimum hose length of 200 feet. Additional hose lengths may be required up to 500 feet. D. Unload each delivery at a specific area next to each playground as specified by the Contract Administrator. Blown in Woodcarpet® unloaded as specified by the Contract Administrator. E. Provide a firm fixed price per cubic yard. Price for material delivered shall include delivery. No additional delivery charges, surcharges, or other fees are permitted.
