The scope of work for this solicitation includes comprehensive financial education programs and related instructional training for students facilitated through a variety of software, mobile applications, instructional materials and online platforms. These programs will support the development of essential financial literacy skills and provide a strong understanding of key financial concepts. The curriculum will deliver age-appropriate content designed to empower students to make informed financial decisions and build financial confidence and responsibility. The curriculum shall not be influenced by third-party companies that promote specific financial products, including credit cards and other instruments for debt. 1GPA is not aware of the specific requirements of all participating Members. The following list, although extensive, is not exhaustive and is intended to provide interested parties with sufficient information to submit proposals for student financial educational programs as outlined herein. Firms are not required to offer all the features listed below to be considered for award.
