3.2 Scope of Work Requirements It is the State’s intention to obtain services, as specified in this IFB, from a Contract between the selected Bidder and the State. Detailed specifications of work to be performed under this solicitation are as follows: The contractor shall provide Air Conditioning Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance Service, and Startup/shutdown services at the Western Maryland Hospital Center, 1500 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown, Maryland 21742. The Contractor shall use only Trane factory certified technicians for the services provided. With the exception of emergency services, all visits shall be scheduled in advance and the technician is expected to have all tools and materials with them normally needed to complete the anticipated work.
