Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to provide, on a rental basis, pipe and drape, carpet, and related equipment for the California State Fair during the 2025 and 2026 State Fairs as described below. All events are held at California Exposition & State Fair (Cal Expo) or (Fair). In addition, Contractor shall provide decorating and rental services to exhibitors as needed, at prices approved in advance by Cal Expo, and paid by exhibitors. 1. California State Fair: The 2025 California State Fair is July 11 through July 27. Fair dates will be similar in future years. a) Indoor Commercial Exhibit Booths: Contractor shall install, maintain, and remove an estimated 280 - 10’ x 10’ indoor exhibit booths, in accordance with the following specifications: 1) All freestanding booths to be aluminum framing with 3’ high telescopic side rail and 8’ back of flameproof drapery, in compliance with State and City Fire Marshal regulations. 2) Color for all booths shall be as agreed upon each year by Cal Expo and Contractor. A sample of the fabric in all available colors must be submitted along with the bid. Quality of the fabric provided for this agreement must be approved by Cal Expo. 3) All drapery shall be standard industry draping material and 100% polyester flame retardant fire code.
