Software Publisher will install the following software (the “Software”): This application is being built using the Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) product, specifically the licensing, permitting, and inspections functionality. The application consists of a constituent portal site, which will allow constituents to log in, submit applications and other information as necessary to the DOL. The constituent portal is the focus our of accessibility audit. It also contains an internal interface which will be used by staff to review and process applications. Software Integrator will make a test environment available to Agency and the successful Bidder where, prior to or concurrent with implementation under the Software Integrator SOW, the successful Bidder can test the Software against the AT/IT Environment List. The successful Bidder will evaluate within ten (10) business days of access to the system whether the Software meets in all material respects the EOTSS Accessibility Standards. Evaluation must include testing assessment as well as a written report documenting the findings of the assessment. The successful Bidder will provide Agency with a list of all areas where the Software does not meet, in all material respects, the EOTSS Accessibility Standards, including without limitation areas where the Software is simply unusable by users of the AT/IT Environment List, that Agency can provide to Software Publisher and Software Integrator for prioritization and remediation in the Software. As Software Integrator upgrades or updates the Software, when Software Integrator makes that upgrade or update available to Agency and the successful Bidder for testing, the successful Bidder will re-test the Software against the EOTSS Accessibility Standards.
