The City of Glenn Heights is requesting proposals from qualified vendors (“vendor”) to provide data processing, IVR, bill print and mail services. The City of Glenn Heights utilizes OpenGov billing software to export PDF files from OpenGov to a third party to mail all statements to customers. Each month, approximately 7,000 residential and commercial accounts are billed for water, sewer, drainage and trash services. (Not including late notices); Current Process: Print and Mail; 1. Outsourced to third party. 2. Regular Bills+ Late Notices; 3. 7,000 Regular Bills, and 2,000 Late Notices. 1 Cycle per month/each; 4. Bills are mailed via USPS next business day. 5. Bill messages and bill inserts are included. Frequency varies.
