1.1 TWICE WEEKLY SERVICES. The Contractor must perform the following services as needed to remove trash or debris and to maintain clean surfaces. The Contractor must perform the following services at least twice weekly: 1.1.1 Sweep/vacuum all walk surfaces at all entries and exits; 1.1.2 Sweep, mop and disinfect all restroom and work room floors; 1.1.3 Clean and disinfect fixtures in all restrooms and break room. Fixtures include mirrors, counters, washbasins, faucets, toilets, toilet seats and lids, and supply dispensers; 1.1.4 Clean and disinfect all drinking fountains; 1.1.5 Fill all supply dispensers located in the restrooms and break room, this includes: paper towels, hand soap, toilet paper; 1.1.6 Empty all waste receptacles in all areas, including: library, restrooms (including sanitary napkin waste receptacles), employee desks, gallery, shredders containing already-destroyed materials; 1.1.7 New plastic liners must be installed in all waste receptacles at a minimum of once per week or as needed if liners become unsanitary; 1.1.8 Vacuum all carpeted areas; 1.1.9 Clean and disinfect glass doors including removal of all smudges and finger prints; 1.1.10 Clean both sides of all partitions and doors. Partitions include interior and exterior glass; 1.1.11 Clean all doorknobs, pulls and push plates; 1.1.12 Dust the tops of all window ledges and; 1.1.13 Dust all window blinds. 1.2 MONTHLY SERVICES. The Contractor must perform the following as noted below and at least once monthly. 1.2.1 Clean all windowsills; 1.2.2 Clean inside and outside of all office glass removing all smudges and fingerprints and any other debris; 1.2.3 Clean and disinfect restroom walls, doors and partitions. Special attention must be given to corners and edges of floor; 1.2.4 Dust all cobwebs inside of the office and inside and outside of all entrance and exit doors; 1.2.5 Clean all door frames removing all smudges; 1.2.6 Vacuum upholstered furniture with crevice tool. 1.3 QUARTERLY SERVICES. The Contractor must perform the following as noted below at least once quarterly. 1.3.1 Vacuum all carpet edges with crevice tool; 1.3.2 Clean and disinfect all waste receptacles; 1.3.3 Clean legs of all chairs and tables located in the gallery, breakroom and library; 1.3.4 Dust and clean all light fixtures; 1.3.5 Dust and clean heating and air system vents and; 1.3.6 Mop and disinfect all desk floor mats.
