The required services to be provided are Bi-Annual Maintenance for the 500RLe TOC Analyzer. The Annual Service Agreement Must Include: • Initial Site Visit (November of 2025) the PM Visit will include: o Changing the Resin Cartridge, Replacing the sample pump tubing and UV Lamp. o The Technician will perform a TOC Auto-Zero, a Single Point Calibration, and the Accuracy, Precision, Verification Protocol. o New setting will be applied and provide Calibration Certificate. • Second Site Visit (May of 2026) the PM Visit will include: o Replacing the UV Lamp and performing the Accuracy, Precision, Verification Protocol. o Provide Calibration Certificate. • Contracting Company will supply all factory certified parts and calibration standards needed to complete the PM’s according to manufacture recommendations. Equipment: Seivers 500RLe TOC Analyzer Serial # 20056692 • Equipment Purpose: o Used to measure the Total Organic Carbon in the RO/DI water. It enables proactive water quality management, early detection of deviations, and timely responses for efficient water treatment and process control. • DSHS reserves the right to Add or Remove Equipment.
