Portable Lifts, Rental, Maintenance, and Repairs. Deliveries are to be made to various Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) and/or offices in Montgomery County, Maryland. The supplier warrants the items delivered to be of the highest quality, complying with specifications and free from all defects whatsoever in workmanship and materials. Delivery shall be required within 30 days after receipt by the successful bidder(s) of a purchase order issued and signed by the director of the Division of Procurement or an order placed by an authorized representative using the MCPS Purchasing Card. The awarded supplier is required to schedule an on-site Training at no additional cost to MCPS within 10 business days after request by an MCPS authorized representative.
