Provide General Construction Services, inclusive of all the required equipment and materials while adhering to the practices in accordance with manufactures recommendations to ensure highest industry standards of performance, safety, and most efficient operations of the equipment and systems, necessary to prevent equipment failure and extend useful life. Services provided are on an “as needed” basis and will be determined by the department contact personnel. Services include, but are not limited to, items detailed under the Technical Specifications section of this document which scope and frequencies are intended as general minimum requirements. The services consist of, but are not limited to, providing general construction services, project management, supervision, labor and material for carpentry, millwork, doors and hardware, windows, metal framing and drywall and finishes (flooring, painting, and ceilings). The General Construction Contractor may be required to coordinate and to work with sub-contractors as well as the Department’s personnel and/or other contracted service providers of other trades.
