The successful offeror(s) shall provide nursing services for students of Stafford County Public Schools. These services are provided on an on-call, as-needed basis. Circumstances may change at any time, so Stafford Schools desires to have a ready pool of qualified providers from which to obtain the needed services. SERVICES. The successful offeror shall act as an independent contractor and not as an agent of Stafford Schools. Neither the contractor, any of its employees, or others providing services to Stafford Schools through the contractor shall have any claims against Stafford Schools for any benefits, including but not limited to sick leave, vacation pay, salary, retirement benefits, unemployment benefits or social security.
