The District is seeking proposals from various vendors to submit competitive proposals showcasing the vendor’s ability to provide the necessary material and equipment to deliver, hang, and connect production lighting onto production rigging. The connection of production lighting requires the purchase and connection of all required 5-pin XLR (DMX-in/out) cabling and power (Power-in/out) cabling and connection to lighting control devices (devices surface mounted onto pipe rigging). Additionally, vendor to provide the necessary material and equipment to deliver and hang eight (8) stage leg performance drapes onto production rigging for the District’s Performing/Fine Arts Project at Yerba Buena High School, in accordance with Public Contract Code 20111 and 20112.
