• Contractor shall furnish brand new never-worn pants, shorts, jackets, and shirts in various sizes for starting inventory; within 7 calendar days prior to the contract effective date • Contractor shall provide all size ranges. • Contractor shall furnish cleaned uniforms once per week per Fleet employee. • New employees must be furnished with a start-up inventory of brand new never-worn uniforms within 7-14 calendar days of notification to the contractor of new hire at no additional prep charges or any other charge. • Contractor shall furnish the Fleet emblem and affix to the left side of shirts and jackets at no additional cost to Fleet. An example of required patch is provided in Attachment D. • This base bid for the cleaning and rental of uniforms per week per person is for approximately 15 employees. Fleet reserves the right to change the number of uniforms due to additions and deletions of employees at our discretion without monetary penalties. Uniform Description: • Provide each employee with the following: 11 shirts, 11 pairs of pants and/or shorts, and 2 jackets and emblems for the shirts and jackets. • Shorts are seasonal Items (5-6 months). Fleet will notify Contractor 14 days prior to the switch to seasonal items and the employee requesting these items. • See Attachment C – Bid Price Sheet. • See Attachment E for uniform examples.
