• Purchase of 130 M365 licenses. 40 0365 G1 and 90 M365 G3. Current licenses expire on July 31, 2025. Must facilitate a smooth transition from current MSP to our new selected vendor • The selected vendor will become the authorized Partner in and will be the City's contact as it relates to support for the M365 licenses point of contact for all M365 support and act as the intermediary between Microsoft and local IT personnel for troubleshooting M365 issues and optimizing product usage. Will provide and manage licensing options, including subscriptions, renewals, and upgrades. • Licensing: Provision of Microsoft O365 & M365 licenses tailored to our needs. This may include, but is not limited to, Microsoft 365 Government G1, G3, as well as end-user training and admin guidance for Microsoft 365 tools etc., depending on the City's needs • Implementation Support: Ensure the upgrade from O365 to M365 is completed correctly and efficiently as required through Microsoft • Licensing Management: Work directly with the IT Director to ensure correct license management, ensuring proper allocation of licenses, managing renewals, and advising on the most cost-effective plans moving forward • Integration with Existing Systems: Ensure compatibility and integration with existing Microsoft O365 environment
