1. Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) Fair Market Rental Valuation analysis as described herein: The contractor will provide DPR with rental appraisal reports for all properties listed on Exhibit A, Attachment II. The reports will include: • External & internal photographs of condition • Maps • Plot plans • Physical description of external and internal conditions • Dimensions and include presentation of the relevant market data with supporting analysis for the defined monthly fair market rental valuation Work to be performed – The appraiser will visit all DPR State Owned Housing (SOH) units and appraise each for their Fair Market Rental Value (FMRV). 2. The services shall be performed at: 850 properties throughout California per Exhibit A, Attachment II. 3. The services shall be provided: Work must be performed Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. excluding holidays and according to the attached schedule, Exhibit A, Attachment III, with the last appraisal report due no later than June 30, 2028.
